The Bass Foundation Opens The TLC
Located on S. Harrison Street in East Orange, we are housed in what was originally built as a Vanderbilt Mansion. Students from the East Orange School District are offered after-school homework assistance, mentoring and tutoring services at no charge. Students are designated by the Guidance office and Teaching staff at the Middle and High Schools. The TLC program runs three afternoons a week and is staffed by Math and Language Arts specialists from the district.
Narda Morant is the Program Adminstrator.
